Moray Link Worker Evaluation

Community Renewal Trust was commissioned and funded by Moray Health and Social Care Partnership (through a sub-contract with Penumbra and the Moray Mental Health and Wellness Centre) to manage a Mental Health and Link Worker service. It began in April 2017 with 6 Mental Health Link Workers covering 13 GP practices.

In August 2018, we commissioned Animate Consulting to undertake an evaluation of the project.
